| Event Details or Article Text: On Saturday, November 21st, local Penn Staters, students, and friends will gather at Penn State Great Valley to watch the Penn State Nittany Lions take on the Michigan State Spartans. All activities will take place at the Safeguard Scientifics Building and the game will be broadcast on our 30-foot screen in the Warren V. Musser Auditorium. Guest can enjoy a variety of tailgate-style food for kids and adults, Creamery ice-cream, and refreshments including beer and wine. Activities include a photo opportunity with the Nittany Lion mascot, a “Kid Zone” play area, and a silent auction with numerous items up for bid including a signed Joe Paterno football, Penn State prints, sports team ticket packages, restaurant/retail gift baskets, and more! Admission is $15 for adults, $10 for kids 4-10 yrs old and free for kids 3 and under. All proceeds benefit the Penn State Great Valley Alumni Achievement Scholarship, which provides support for Penn State Great Valley students. A small donation will also be made to THON.
