Event Details or Article Text: The Presidential election cycle is in full swing, and you know that interest will peak especially here in our nation's capital. But how much do you know about public opinion? Voting trends? The polarization of red/blue politics? Come to a special installment of Research on the Road with Dr. Eric Plutzer, Professor of Political Science at Penn State. Dr. Plutzer will be leading an engaging discussion with attendees focusing on how ordinary citizens will balance their emotions, economic interests and deeply-held values in selecting the next president. Learn from him about new developments in political psychology, and then participate in an active discussion about what this means to you.
