Event Details or Article Text: Eberle Winery in Paso Robles Gary Eberle, PSU alum, will be there! But 1st...we'll all watch PSU vs. Michigan State on TV at the Marriott Courtyard. After the game....(Times are tentative) At 4PM let's meet at Tobin James Cellars At 5PM be at Eberle Winery for wine tasting before dinner. We will be selling some raffle tickets at Eberle for some cool PSU prizes. PSU alum, Gary Eberle, a very entertaining guy, plans to cook our dinner. We will be dining in the Wild Boar Room. This is the menu for the evening: BBQ Menu: Trip Tip Beef Turkey Breast Red Potato Salad Caesar Salad Bourbon Baked Beans Garlic Bread Salsa Chipotle Sauce Dessert Bars Saturday times depend on the game time. The only part of the trip that is set in stone is 5PM at Eberle. Our exclusive dinner party includes wine tasting, wine with dinner in the Wild Boar Room, and a tour of the wine caves. On Sunday, there are lots more wineries to visit. Or return to SoCal via Solvang and a stop at Anderson's in Buellton for pea soup! Lots of wineries in that area, too. DINNER PARTY COST: Chapter Members $60.00 NOn-Members $70.00 Chapter membership has its privileges. PSU attire preferred. Hopefully, we'll all have enough wine to keep us warm! Drive responsibly.
